In Oslo, the Norwegian
capital, the venue for the performance on
September 1st was the Great hall of the Munch
museum. The stage was resplendent with white
and blue curtains, Imidake and a Shinto altar. Some 400 guests packed
the hall for the capacity performance. The
event was held to coincide with the annual
Nordic Association of Japanese and Korean
Studies conference. Click to see a report by Prof. Mark Teeuwen.
