"Shinto Taikei", or "Collected Studies on Shinto", in 125 volumes and supplements, is indispensable materals for researchers and students of Shinto and Japanese Culture, as the collection comprises all important documents on Shinto America could afford to its high prices, and others should await for generous donators.


ISF, though not rich organization with abound resources, wishing to contribute for the better and larger understanding of Shinto in academic world, begin to donate two-three-some collections a year to distinguished libraries in various counties. We are glad to report that ISF donated "Shinto Taikei" to libraries at SOAS, London, UK, in August, 1997, at Columbia University, New York, USA, in January 1998 and at Institute of Japanese Culture Studies at Zhejiang University, Hangzhou, China in September, 1998.
