| 3 contributors (1 from Philippines, 1 from USA and 1 from Italy) participated the Shinto Essay Competition 2010. Their essays were carefully read and evaluated by 5 jurors of different nationalities from Congo, Germany, Japan, New Zealand who are distinguished scholars in Japanese cultural studies. We are pleased to announce the result of their judgments as follows. In accordance with the judgment points we have decided to honor the essays by 2nd prize, 3rd prize, and encouraging award. All the essays belong to and the awarded ones will be published by the International Shinto Foundation, Inc. in due time.
